RESOLUTION OF'THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
PROJECT 9935 -SEISMIC RETROFIT -TWO BRIDGE STRUCTURES
AND AUTHORIZE THE CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Town Council of the Town of.Los Gatos,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, to .carry out Project 9935 -Seismic Retrofit -Two
Bridge .Structures..
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Public Worlcs has presented Plans and
Specifications for Project 993.5 -Seismic Retrofit -Two .Bridge Structures, and
WHEREAS,, that these Plans and Specifications entitled "TOWN OF LOS GATOS
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS -Project. 9935 -Seismic Retrofit -'Two Bridge Structures -
dated February 10, 2000 on file in the Office of the Town Clerlc, are hereby approved; and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to advertise, as required by law, for the .receipt of sealed bids or proposals for the doing
of the work specified in the aforesaid Plans and Specifications.
