RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
SUPPORTING PARTIAL ANNEXATION OF NOVITIATE NO.3
TO THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS.
WHEREAS, the Town Council adopted resolution approving General Plan amendment
and Zone Change for Assessor's Parcel Number 529-31-21.
WHEREAS, said General Plan and Zone change require annexation of a portion of the
Novitiate property and the relocation of the Urban Service Line and Town boundary.
RESOLVED, by the Town Council that the Town of Los Gatos supports the :annexation
of a portion of the Novitiate property and the .relocation of the Urban Service Line and Town
boundary as reflected on the attached :map marked Exhibit A.
.PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular .meeting of the Town Council held on the 22°a
day of May, 2000 by the following vote.
