RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION AND CLASSIFICATIONS
FOR FISCAL YEARS. 2000-2001 AND 2001-2002
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the confidential .employee classifications be approved :effective June
25, 2000, as presented in Exhibit A; :January 7, 2001 as presented in :exhibit B; and June 24, 2001
as presented in Exhibit C. Be it further resolved, that the Confidential employees receive the
compensation and benefit adjustments as presented in the :2000-2002 Memorandum of
Understanding between the Town of Los Gatos and the Town Employee's Associatiolz.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 19th day of June, 2000 by the following vote:
