RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING 2000-2005 CAPITAL .IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, .Section 2.30.295 of the Los Gatos Town Code requires the
Town Manager to annually prepare and submit a budget to the Town Council and be
responsible for its administration; and
WHEREAS, the Town Manager did submit aproposed Capital Improvement
Program for 2000-2005 .fiscal years to the Town Council; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council has considered and reviewed said proposed
budget during a public hearing on April 17, 2000..
.NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT .RESOLVED, AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED
that the Council hereby adopts as the CIP for the Town of Los Gatos for fiscal years
2000-200.5.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 19t" day of June 2000, by the .following vote:
