RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL AND REDEVLOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
ACCEPTING WORD OF J.J.R. CONSTUCTION, INC.
PROJECT 00-01-ANNUAL SIDEWALK, CURB AND GUTTER RECONSTRUCTION
AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER/EXECUTIVB DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE
CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE AND NOTICE OF COMPLETION
FOR RECORDING BX TOWN CLERK
WHEREAS:
1. On December 6, 1999, the Town Council/Agency awarded the contract for the
proposed work to J.J.R. Construction, Inc.
2. J.J.R. Construction, Inc., substantially completed the project in conformance with the
plans and specifications pursuant to Town Council/Agency approval.
RESOLVED:
A. The work on Project 00-01-Annual Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter Reconstruction,
completed by J.J.R. Construction, Inc., is hereby :accepted as complete pursuant to the plans and
specifications for the project.
B. The Town Manager/Executive Director is authorized .and directed to execute the
Certificate of Acceptance and Notice of Completion attached as Exhibit A hereto.
C. The Town Clerlc is directed to transmit this Certificate of Acceptance and Notice of
Completion to the Recorder of Santa Clara County for recording.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council/Redevelopment
Agency of the flown of Los Gatos, California, held on the 5th day of September, 2000 by the
following vote.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
We do hereby certify that J.J.R. Construction, Inc., substantially completed the work on .June 9,
2000 called for in the agreement with the Town Council/Redevelopment Agency dated December
6, 1999. The work is listed in the specifications prepared by the Town of Los Gatos and generally
consisted of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, edupment, and services reduired for completion
of Project #00-01 -Annual Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter Reconstruction, located in the TOWN OF
LOS GATOS, County of Santa Clara, State of California and was completed, approved and accepted
September 5, 2000.
The Surety on the bond accompanying the contract/agreement is the Employers Insurance of
Wausau a Mutual Company.
