RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO.ACCEPT DONATION BY'THE
ASSOCIATION OF BAY AREA GOVERNMENTS FOR ONE PATROL CAR VIDEO
CAMERA/RECORDER FOR THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
WHEREAS, the Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG) PLANBoard of Directors
on May 9.,.1999, approved the donation of grant funds for qualifying member city policing units for the
purchase of car video cameras/recorders; and,
WHEREAS, the matching grant funds would be used to purchase one patrol car video
camera/recorder which would be donated; and,
WHEREAS, the Town met all the specified requirements and received one
camera/recorder,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town of Los Gatos accept the donation of one car
video camera/recorder from the Association of Bay Area Governments.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
California, held on the Sty' day of September, 2000 by the following vote:
