RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AMENDING BILLING RATES FOR STAFF HOURS .AND REDUCING EXPEDITED
MAILING FEES
WHEREAS, the Town Council adopted Resolution 1998-69 continuing certain fees,
amending certain fees, and adding certain fees; and
WHEREAS, the staff desires to amend the billing rates for staff hours to include a
formula.
WHEREAS, the staff desires to amend the expedited mailing fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the billing rates for staff hours shall
be as follows: MANAGEMENT I; top step of the pay table, plus 22% for benefits, .and 17,3% for
overhead. MANAGEMENT II; top step of the pay table, plus 24% for benefits, and 17.3% for
overhead. AFSCME; top step of the pay table, plus 30% for benefits, and 17..3% for overhead, (if
Afscme accepts pay own PERS. Top .step of the pay table, phis 37% for benefits, and 17.3% for
overhead, (if pay own PERS is not accepted), TEA\CONF; top step of the pay table, plus 25 %
for benefits, and 17.3% for overhead.
And the expedited mailing .fees shall be reduced from $10.75 to $3.D0 per application.
PASSED AND .ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 16th day of October 2000, by the following vote;
