RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
ACCEPTING WORD OF THE DEVELOPER,
1VICCANDLESS MANAGEMENT CORPORATION,
FOR THE OFFICE BUILDING PROJECT AT
750 UNIVERSITY AVENUE
AND .AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE
CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE AND NOTICE OF COMPLETION
FOR RECORDING BY TOWN CLERK
WHEREAS, on October 22,.1997, the Planning Commission approved .Architecture and
Site Application PRJ-97-102 relating to the development of property located at 7.50 University
Avenue, formerly 742 University Avenue;
WHEREAS, .McCandless Management Corporation, Developer has satisfactorily
completed the work for the office building project, and the development is now ready for final
approval and acceptance by the Town.
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara,
State of California that the worl{ at 750 University Avenue by McCandless Management
Corporation, Developer is hereby accepted as complete.
FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, a municipal
corporation of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town Manager is
authorized and directed to execute the Certificate of Acceptance and Notice of Completion
attached as Exhibit A hereto.
FINALLY .RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk is authorized, and is hereby directed, to
transmit this Certificate of Acceptance and Notice of Completion to the Recorder of Santa Clara
County for recording.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, 'California, held on the 16th day of October, 2000 by the following vote.

substantially completed the work in University Avenue.. The work generally consists of the
construction of off-site public improvements at 750 University Avenue, (formerly lulown as 742
University Avenue) in the TOWN OF LOS GATOS, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
and was completed, approved, and accepted.
The Surety accompanying the contract is Ulico Casualty Company, No. B98016245 in the
amount of $30,000.
