RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF'THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR
PROJECT 01-04 -TREE PRUNING AND REMOVAL
AND AUTHORIZE THE TOWN CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS
WHEREAS, pruning generally improves tree health and longevity, and
WHEREAS, structural pruning and deadwooding trees is required to enhance the
health, safety and welfare of the community.
WHEREAS, staff has determined locations of trees .requiring pruning and removals.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos
to approve Specifications for Project 01-04 Tree Pruning and .Removal.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 20"' day of November, 2000 by the following vote.
