RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AMENDING APPENDIX A & B OF THE. MANAGEMENT COMPENSATION PLAN FOR
FISCAL YEAR 2000-2001 FOR POLICE SERGEANTS
WHEREAS,, adjustments in salary and compensation for Los Gatos Police
Sergeants are made following the completion of negotiations with Police Officers; and,
WHEREAS, those negotiations have been completed and it is necessary to
make corresponding adjustments for Police Sergeants.
RESOLVED., bythe Town Council ofthe Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that Appendix A & B of the Management Compensation Plan for
fiscal year 2000-2001 (a copy of which are attached hereto) are hereby approved.
PASSED AND .ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Colulcil of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 4`'' day of December, 2000 by the following vote:
