RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AIITI-iORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER
TO EXECUTE A'SECOND CONTRACT AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH
PARK VIEW VILLAGE ASSOCIA'T'ES, LP
FOR VALET PARKING AT 141 SOUTTT SANTA CRUZ AVENUE
FOR L~1DON PLAZA
WHEREAS, on December 10, .1998:, the Town of Los Gatos :entered into an
agreement with Park View Village Associates, LP (hereinafter "Licensee") for exclusive use of
the property located at .141 South Santa Cruz Avenue for valet parking.
W~IEREAS, on February 1, Council authorized the 'T'own Manager to execute a
contract amendment to the .agreement with Park View Village Associates, Inc.
WHEREAS, the Licensee desires to extend the license agreement for an
additional
six (6) months,

.Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town of Los Gatos enter into a
second contract amendment (Exhibit A) extending the term of the license agreement with the
Licensee, and that the Town Manager is authorized, and is hereby directed, to execute a second
amendment to the contract.
