W13EREAS:
1. On October 19; 1998, the Town Council awarded the contract for the proposed work
to Re-New Sealers, Inc,
2. Re-New Sealers, Inc. substantially completed the project in conformance with the
plans and specifications pursuant to Council approval.
3. 10% percent of the performance bond provided by Re-New Sealers, Inc. shall remain
in place for two years until September 7, 2001, to guarantee the work.

A. The work on Project 9926 -Los Gatos Creek Trail Renovation, completed by Re-
New Sealers, Inc., is hereby accepted as complete .pursuant to the plans and specif cations for the
project.
B. The Town Manager is authorized and directed to execute the Certificate of
Acceptance and Notice of Completion attached as Exhibit A hereto.
C. The T®wn Clerk is directed to transmit this Certificate of Acceptance and Notice of
Completion to the Recorder of Santa Clara County for recording.
PASSED .AND ADOPTED at a.regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 7th day of September, 1999 by the following vote.

PROJECT 9926 -LOS GATOS CREEK TRAIL RENOVATION
TO WHOM IT 1VIAY CONCERN:
We do hereby certify that Re-New Sealers, Inc., substantially completed the work on June 1, 1999
called for inthe agreement with the Town of Los Gatos dated November 18,1998. The work is listed
in the specifications prepared by the Town of Los Gatos and .generally consisted of furnishing all
labor, materials, tools, equipment,. and services required for completion of Proj ect #9926 -Los Gatos
Creek Trail Renovation, located in the TOWN OF LOS GATOS, County of Santa Clara, .State of
California and was completed, .approved and accepted .September 7,1999.
The Surety on the bond accompanying the contract/agreement isthe Merchants Bonding Company
(Mutual).
