RBSOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF .LOS GATOS
ACCEPTING WORK OF NATURAL FUELS CORPORATION
.PROJECT 9921-SKID MOUNTED NATURAL GAS COMPRESSION STATION
AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE
CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE AND NOTICE OF COMPLETION
FOR RECORDING EY TOWN CLERK

1: On September 8,1998, the Town Council awarded the contract for the proposed work to
Natural Fuels Corporation.
2. Natural Fuels Corporation, substantially completed the project in conformance with the
plans and specifications .pursuant to Council approval.
~. 10 percent of the performance bond provided by Natural Fuels Corporation, shall xemain
in place for two years until September 20, .2001, to guarantee the work.
RESOLVED:
A. The work on Project 9921 -Skid Mounted Natural Gas Compression Station, completed
by Natural Fuels Corporation, is hereby accepted as complete pursuant to the plans and specifications
fox the project.
E. The `Town Manager is authorized and directed to execute the Certificate of Acceptance
and Notice of Completion attached as Exhibit A hereto.
C. -The Town Clerk is directed to transmit this Certificate of Acceptance and Notice of
Completion to the .Recorder of Santa Clara County fox recording.

Gatos; California, .held on the 20th day of September, 1999 by the following vote.
