RESOLUTION OF TFIE TOWN COUNCIL
OF TIDE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR PROJECT #0001
ANNUAL SIDEWALK, CURB AND GUTTER RECONSTRUCTION
~V)EIEREAS, it is the intention of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, to carry out Project #0001-- Annual Sidewalk, Curb
and Gutter Reconstruction, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Community Development has .presented .Plans and
Specifications for Project #0001 -- Annual Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter Reconstruction,
WHEREAS, that these Plans and Specifications entitled "TOWN OF LOS GATOS
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS -PROJECT #0001--ANNUAL SIDEWALK, CURB AN'D
GUTTER RECONSTRUCTION dated September 20, 1999, on fide in the Office of the Town
Clerk, are hereby approved;. and
'1'>tIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to advertise, as required by law, for the receipt of sealed bids or proposals for the doing
of the work specified in the aforesaid Plans and Specifications,
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 20th day of September, 1999 by the following vote:
