TOWN OF :LOS GATOS CHAI~EER OF COll~IVIERCE FOR FISCAI, T'EA'R 19.99-00
WHEREAS, the'Town of Los Gatos Chamber of Commerce has provided information
services through their Information Office by contract to the Town of Los Gatos since .1997; and
WHEREAS, the Council allocated $20,000 to fi.-nd the Chamber's Information Services
in the Town ®perating Eudget for Fiscal Tear 1999-00; and
WHEREAS, THE Town of Los'Gatos Chamber of Commerce has requested .$.13,700
.for design and development of an official Los Gatos Website; .and
WHEREAS, it is a natural extension of their role .for the Town of Los Gatos Chamber
of Commerce to provide information about the Town of Los Gatos on the World Wide Web; and
Wk-IEI3EAS, there has :been a significant increase in the use of the Internet; and
WHEREAS, it is essential that the Town improve its Web presence;
RESOEVEI), that the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara,
'.State of Califorrgia, hereby authorizes the Town li!Ianager to execute a Third Amendment to
Agreement by and .between the Town of Los Gatos and the Town of Los Gatos Chamber of
Commerce .Fiscal year 19990®,
