RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE 'TOWN MANAGER
TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
WITH ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS INC. FOR CONTRACTUAL HVAC SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Town advertised and received competitive bids for contractual HVAC
services.; and
WHEREAS, responsible bidder Environmental .Systems Inc. has maintained Town .owned
facilities in an acceptable manner since October 1, 1990.,
THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos.,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town Manager is authorized to execute an
agreement for (3) years from October 30, 1999 to October 3D, 2002. with Environmental Systems
Inc. for contractual HVAC services.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, California, held on the 18t" day of October, 1999 by the following vote:
