RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE
AN AGREEMENT WITH DELTA DENTAL PLAN OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the Town of Los Gatos enter into and the Town .Manager is
.authorized, and is hereby directed, to execute an agreement with Delta Dental Plan of California
.consistent with the current plan design and the following premium schedule:
Plan Year 2000 Plan Year 2001 Plan Year 2002
Premier Plan $ 60.72 $ 60.11 not to exceed $ 63.72
Preferred Option Plan $ 88.76 $ 87.89 not to exceed $ 93. i 6.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 6"' day of December, 1999 by the following vote:
