RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF'THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
J.J.R. CONSTRUCTION, INC.
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PROJECT #00-01
ANNUAL SIDEWALK, CURB AND GUTTER RECONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, bids were sought in conformance with State and Town law, and
J.J.R. Construction, Inc. is the lowest bidder for Project #00-01 -Annual Sidewalk, Curb :and
Gutter Reconstruction.
THEREFORE, BE IT .RESOLVED: by the Town Council/Redevelopment Agency
of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town
Manager/Executive IDirector is authorized to enter into an agreement with J.J.R. Construction,
Inc. for the construction of Project #00-O1-Annual Sidewalk, Curb:and Gutter Reconstruction
(attached as Exhibit A).

Council/Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos, California, .held on the 6t~' day of
