RESOLUTION ADOPTING INTERIM GUIDELINES
FOR PROCEDURES PE RTAINTNG TO T1iE
ENVIRONDIL'.NTAL QUALITY ACT OF 1970.
RESOLVED, under the provisions of Public Resources Code
section 21082 that the provisions o£ Division 6, Ti. tle U+,
Chapter 3,_Arti d es 3 through 10, of the California
Administrative Code are hereby incorporated by im tc re nrn
and adopted as the Town of Los Gatos' objectives, cri. to ria
and procedures for the evaluation of projects and the
preparation of environmental impact reports.
