RESOLVED, the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos Finds that the real proper ry described in this rnsolution is suitable and necessary for public street purposes, and that the public interest and necessity require the acquisition of such property in fee for use as a public street and. right-of-way, and For maintenance of street improvements thereon. FURTHER RESOLVED, the Tawn Attorney is directed to corrnne nee proceedings on behalf of the Town of Los Gatos, against all owners o£ and claimants of interests in such property, For the purpose o£ condemning and acquiring said property For the use of the Town, and to take all measures required to oh taro an order for immediate possession. Description of Property Beginning at the point of intersection of the Northweste_m1y prolongation of the Northeasterly line o£ that certain parcel of land described. in the Deed to Vera Mae Plant, a widow, and Roland D: Plant, her son, as joint tenants, which deed was recorded January 20, 1970, in Book 3305 of o££icial records, office o£ the Recorder, Santa Clara County, State o£ California, at page 91, with that certain monument lineestablished for record on that particular map entitled "Record o£ Survey o£ a monument line of South BascomAvenue",-Filed far record i.n the above-mentioned Recorder's office in Book 216 of Maps at pages 11 through 19; thgnce from said po'ilnt,t of beginning Southeasterly andalong said Northwesterly prolongation .and along said Northeasterly line to the point of intersection thereof with aline parallel with and fi0.00 feet distante5outheaste rly when measured at right angles From said monument line; thence Southwesterly along said parallel line to a point distant 23.57 feet Northeasterly along said parallel Line from the Northeasterly line of Nlagne son Avenue, 50 feet wide; thence along a curve to the left, with a radius of 20 feet, through an angle of 99° 22' 15" to a point on the said Northeasterly line of Magneson Avenue, said Northeasterly line being the South- wes~terly line of said Plant property; thence Northwesterly along said Northeasterly line of Magneson Avenue and its Northwesterly prolongation to a point in said monument line; thence Northeasterly along said monument line to the point of beginning of this description.. -1- PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos held on the 2nd day of AP!'il 1973, by the following vote: AYES: COUNCILMEN Charles E, DeFreitas NOES: COUNCILMEN ABSENT: COUNCILMEN Mark B.
