BUS LOADING ZONE AND TAXI LOADING ZONE
NORTH SANTA CRUZ AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
- That pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Chapter 16,
"Motor Vehicles and Traff ie", the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos does hereby establish the following traffic regula-
tions:
BUS LOADING ZONE
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 16-78, 'Bus
Loading Zones", a Bus Loading Zone is hereby estab-
lished on the West side of North Santa Cruz Avenue,
as indicated on the attached Exhibit "B".
TAXI LOADING ZONE
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 29-14, "Estab-
lishment and Use of Taxicab Stands", a Taxi Loading
Zone is hereby established on the West Side of Santa
Cruz Avenue, as indicated on the attached Exhibit "B".
Portions of any Resolutions previously adopted that are
in conflict therewith are hereby rescinded.
The Public Works Director is hereby instructed to install
appropriate signs and/or curb markings, giving notice to the public
of this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS, held on the 15th day of April , 1973,
by the following vote:
