SECTION 4, Wilful Violation of Promise to Appear
is Misdemeanor
It shall be unlawful for any., person to wilfully violate
his written promise to appear in court. Any person woo wil-
fully violates his written promise to appear in court is
guilty of a misdemeanor, regardless of the disposition of the
charge upon which he was originally arrested, and upon con-
viction of the offense of wilfully violating iills written
promise to appear in court, shall be punishable by a fine not
to exceed $500.00., or by imprisonment not to exceed six (6)
months, in the County .fail, or.by both fine and imprisonment.
The above and foregoing Ordinance was duly and regularly
djourned
introduced at a%regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
o~ ios Gatos held on the 12th day of March 1962, and
:hereafter at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of
March , 1962, duly and regularly passed and adopted by
