AN ' ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE REQUIREMENTS OF
SECTION 13522 OF THE PENAL CODE RELATING
TO TRAINING OF LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN

AS FOLLOWS.

Section 1. The Town of Los Gatos declares that it desires to
qualify to receive aid from the State of California under the pro-
v sions of Chapter 1 of Title 4, Part 4 of the California' Penal Code.
Section 2. Pursuant to Section 13522 of said Chapter 1, the
Town of Los Gatos while receiving aid from the State of California
pursuant to said Chapter 1 will adhere to the standards for recruit I
ment and training established by the California Commission on Peace
Officer Standards and Training.
INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, State of California, held; on the l0tl~ay of July 9 1961.
PASSED AND ADOPTED AS AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA, at a regular meeting of the Town Council thereof, held
on the 17 day of July 1961, by the following vote:
