AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE
SALARY OF THE
TOWN CLERK AND EX OFFICIO ASSESSOR
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Town Clerh and Ex Officio Assessor of the
Town of Los Gatos shall receive as and for his compensation for the
period April 15, 1952, to April 30, 1952, One Hundred. Fifty ($150®00)
Dn-~l .rs and commencing May 1, 1952, and monthly thereafter the sure
of Three Hundred ($300.00)Dollars, payable &t the end of each and
every month during the tern of his office.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 275 in so far as it conflicts
with this Ordinance is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be published in the
Los Gatos Daily Times, a netiaspaper of general circulation, pub-
lished and circulated in the Town of Los Gatos.
INTRODUCED at a continued regular meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Los Gatos on the 11th day of February, 1952.
PASSED AND ADOPTED as an Ordinance of the Town of Los
Gatos at a regular meeting of the Town Council held.on the
day of February, 1952, by the following vote:
