The Town Council of the To is of Los Gatos do ordain as
follows:
Sec . 1: Ordinance uo. 192 entitled, -"An Ord -.ance Regu? at-
ing the Business of Conducting :Fool or Billiard rarlors or Gera
Rooms in the To-wn of Los Gatos , FY passed and adopted on the 17th
day of October, 1921, is hereby amended by adding thereto the
-follotiing section to read as follotis:
"Section 7a: In the event of the termination or can-
cellation of such license under the provisions of Section 7 of
this ordinance, no license shall be issued to any person, firm,
or corporation .-fithin a period of six (a) months thereafter to
engage in, carry on, or operate any pool or billiard parlor or
card room within the same building or premises or at the same
location for venich said cancelled license was issued.'
Sec. 2: This ordinance shall be published ence in the
Los Gatos Lail- ~Te,Fws.
