DESIGNATING THE T OTN BASE OR DA 3U1J PLANE OF THE TOWN OF
LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.
The Board of Trustees of the Town of Los Gatos do
ordain as follows:
SECTION I: The Town Base of the Town of Los Gates,
Galifornia, is hereby declared to be the datum plane heretofore
used by the Town hfgineer of said Town of Los Gatos, in the
establishment of grades and said plane being at an elevation of
four hundred eleven and 79100 (411 79100) feet below the top
of the United States Geological Su?=vey Bench Mark stamped
412. S. F., said Bench Mark being an iron post with a brass cap
standing in the yard of the Hotel Lyndon at the Southwest corner
of 'Main Street and Santa Cruz kaenue, in the Town of Los Gatos,

SECTION 2:Thus ®rdinance shall take effect immediately,
