DO ORDAIN, AS 11 OLLOVIS :
Section I. It shall be unlaviful to orect, deposit or mai-
ntain 9 Im any natural ixiater course within the
Town of Los Gatos anything which will obstruct the free flolr of
mrater therain.
Section 2. Any violation of any provisian of this Ordinance
shaLl- constitute: a rAsdamea,nor, and every per-
son found guilty of violating any provision of this Ordinance ,
almi a . upon conviction thereof, be fined in a sure not exceeding one
hundred dollars, or be imprisoned in the County jail of Santa Clara
County for not exceeding thirty days.
Section 3. The Town Clcrk shall cause this Ordinance to be
published once in the LOS GATOS
a newspaper of general circulation , printed and pubTished in the
Town of Los Gatos , and this, Ordinance shall tale effect from and
after its passage and approvali.. ~
