DISCUSSION: A council member requested clarification on the floor area ratio (FAR) for the revised project. The overall FAR for the 20-unit proposal was .51. At the April 20 meeting the applicant indicated that the project FAR would be reduced to .475 with the elimination of one unit. The applicant has revised the FAR table for the 19-unit project (see Attachment 27). With the loss of one unit and inclusion of the two studio units on lots 13 and 16, the FAR will be.487.
