DATE: TO: FROM: SUBJECT: MEETING DATE: 2/17/2009 ITEM NO: COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT FEBRUARY 11,2009 MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL GREG LARSON,TOWNMANAGE4- ADOPT AMENDED COUNCIL COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS
EFFECTIVE JANUARY, 2009 RECOMMENDATION: Adopt amended Council Committee Appointments effective January, 2009. DISCUSSION: Mayor Mike Wasserman has appointed Council Members to Town boards
and committees and various regional commissions, boards, and committees as shown on the attached Council Committee Appointment Roster. Mayor Wasserman is the appointee to the Santa Clara

Member Rice, who is the Alternate, has indicated he is available to attend the meetings. Mayor Wasserman will serve as the Alternate. The roster has also been amended to remove the Treatment
Plan Advisory Conunittee (page 14) from the roster. Council Member McNutt's term term on this committee has ended. West Valley Sanitation Board of Directors has appointed another board
member to the committee. FISCAL IMPACT: None. Attachments: 2009 Coun91)1PP-fintment Roster fl'0-A-L-LU!z'-.:Y/.a fr;!v; PREPARED BY: PAMELA S. JACOBS Assistant to the
