January 27,2009 at 4:00 P.M. MEETING CALLED TO ORDER ROLL CALL Present: Mayor Mike Wasserman, Council Member Joe Pirzynski, Council Member Steve Rice, and Council Member Barbara Spector.
Absent: Vice Mayor Diane McNutt. Mayor Wasserman noted that Council Member Diane McNutt was running late and would join the Council in Closed Session. VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS Mr. Davis
• Commented about the Town Manager's evaluation and urged the Council to go easy on him. • Stated that he will be bringing forward a video identifying areas in Town that are unsafe to
the public. • Commented that he would like the Town to address public safety issues. • Commented that Sara Cole should be compensated for her accident. Closed Verbal Communications ADJOURN
