The wording of condition #9 in the Planned Development (PD) Ordinance reflects the Planning Commission's recommendation with the exception ofthe requirement for Commission consideration of applications requiring Architecture & Site approval. As discussed on page 4 of the staff report, the recommendation is to allow proposed accessory structures that are in compliance the Hillside Development Standards &Guidelines (HDS&G) and to follow the process established by the HDS&G. Should the Town Council decide to approve the PD Amendment as recommended by staff, condition #9 should be modified to read as follows: 9. ACCESSORY STRUCTURES. Accessory structures are allowed provided they are in compliance with the Hillside Development Standards & Guidelines, and shall be reviewed and processed in accordance with those standards and guidelines. Less than 450 sf -building permit b. 450-600 sf -Minor Residential Dev. App. c. No more than one structure per lot b. Maximum size 750 sf c.
