Ms. Davis,
My name is Craig Elliott. My wife, our children and I reside at 16199 Kennedy Road in Los Gatos and am one
of the closest neighbors to the DeSantis home project. I attended the last town council meeting in support of
the DeSantis project, but will be unable to attend on September 15th (quite frankly, I'm shocked that this
process is not finished).
I would like to express our strong support of the DeSantis family and their home project. We believe that
they have designed a project that makes good of the space in a way that considers the neighbors, the
environment and the hillside. They have bent over backwards to accommodate the requests from the
planning commission and should be granted approval to begin building.
I would also like to suggest that the discussion remain business like and the personal attacks on Mr. DeSantis
and his family stop.

Suzanne, City Council Members:
My wife, Lise Lucas Hancock, and I live at 15651 Kennedy Road, Our home is directly east of the
DeSantis property. In fact, we share more property line with Mr, DeSantis than any other adjacent
property, making us the most "potentially impacted" neighbor.
As do 100% of the other actual neighbors surrounding this property, we fully support the
town's original PD approval - and, we also fully support the town's hopefully providing the Planning
Commission more-specific conditions and direction for final A&S approval of this exceptionally well-
designed project during tonight's meeting.
Also, one important note: as large, raised-cab trucks, blind curves, and bicycles don't "mix" very well,
we strongly suggest that the PD clearly specify, if it doesn't already, that all large trucks for the project
(not only dirt offhaul trucks but cement trucks, etc.) be routed along Highway 17 and Los Gatos Blvd -
and be restricted from the very-dangerous upper sections of Kennedy Road.
