RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt ordinance amending the Town Code effecting a zone change from C-1 to O for property
located at 14830 Los Gatos Blvd. and 14881 National Avenue.
DISCUSSION:
On August 18, 2008, Council introduced an ordinance amending the Town Code to effect a zone
change from C-1 to 0 for property located at 14830 Los Gatos Blvd. and 14881 National
Avenue. A review of the ordinance introduced by Council for purposes of this report revealed a
typographical error identifying the zone change as "CH to O" rather than "C-I to O." That error
is corrected in the attachment to this report.
Adoption of the ordinance completes Council's action on this matter. The ordinance amending
the Town Code becomes effective 30 days after adoption.

ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FROM C-I TO O
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 14830 LOS GATOS BOULEVARD
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS ORDAINS:
SECTION I
The Zoning Map of the Town is hereby amended as shown on Exhibit A.
SECTION II
This Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos on, 2008, and adopted by the following vote as an ordinance of the Town of Los
Gatos at a meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos on, 2008. This ordinance
takes effect 3 0 days after it is adopted.
