Gentlemen,
I believe emailing you is the proper way for info I learned today to be provided to the other Council members (via a desk item?),
so that's what I'm doing here:
The Town received a letter dated 7/29/08 from "de Moss" and "McGraw" with info they had gathered on 19 apt units, but info
on two of them was missing and noted "never called back". I called the two complexes and received the following info:
909 University (Dorothy): 35 units, 0 vacancies, 2 bdrms = 1,500 sq. ft. (split level), $1,975-2,400/mo.; 1 bdrms =
1,000, $1,600/mo, yes to pets.
226 Edelen (Marcie): 44 units, 0 vacancies, 2/1 are 975 sq.ft = $1,850 - $1,950 sq.ft.; no 1 bdrms, cats okay
