Approval of the resolution on consent, on the other hand, will finalize Council's prior decision. Dear Mayor Spector, I am one of the property owners included in the area affected by. the Dermer Project. I was excited about attending the planning commission hearing on March 26th in which the Planners voted 6-0 against the project and asked that it be scaled down, My wife and I were on vacation in New England during the City Council meeting in which the original decision was reversed and feel that this issue was not properly dealt with among the local residents of our neighborhood. We would appeal to you to move for a further time allowance in which to hear further comments froze six immediate neighbors who were not able to attend the Council meeting and with whom we have been in contact since our return. Thank you for your vote against the allowance of this project earlier as you appear to be the only council person that cares for the concerns of local residential neighborhoods.
