The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Special Meeting on
Tuesday, November 27, 2007 at 6:00 P.M.

MEETING CALLED TO ORDER
ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Barbara Spector, Vice Mayor Mike Wasserman, Council
Member Steve Glickman, Council Member Diane McNutt, and Council Member
Joe Pirzynski.
Absent: None.
VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS
There was no one to speak to Verbal Communications this evening.
INTERVIEWS - Interviews for Boards, Commissions, and Committees
a. Interview applicants for the vacant positions on Town Boards,
Commissions, and Committees:
- Architectural Standards Committee
- Arts Commission
- Arts Selection Panel
- Building Board of Appeals
- Community Services Commission
- General Plan
- Historic Preservation Committee
- Library Board
- Parks Commission
- Personnel Board
- Transportation and Parking
- Planning Commission
Council held interviews for all vacant positions.
Interview Process - Continued
b. Discuss Next Steps
Discussion on next steps included:
• Requested that staff e-mail all applicants to advise them of the availability
of positions which do not have enough applicants to fill the vacant
positions.
• Agreed that absent applicant for the Library Board could be interviewed
prior to the December 17, 2007 Council meeting.
