Prior to the annual conference, the proposed conference resolutions will be available to member cities for review and discussion. Upon timely receipt of the resolutions, staff will provide Council with a resolution analysis and position recommendation for formal action. If the conference resolutions are delayed, it is recommended that staff develop position recommendations in consultation with the Mayor. FISCAL IMPACT: There is no fiscal impact associated with the Council appointment of a primary and alternate voting delegate for the League of California Cities Annual Conference.
