Road Design Review
The applicant is requesting approval to construct a 1,200 square foot addition to an existing 1,583
square foot multi-level single family residence on a 23,950 square foot parcel prezoned HR-20. The
total square footage of the residence will be 2,783 square feet. The existing contemporary architecture
will be maintained. The maximum height will be approximately 24 feet. The existing and proposed
exterior materials will consist of wood siding with stone trim. The Town should forward a
recommendation for approval subject to the following condition:

Pursuant to Santa Clara County's Design Review Guidelines, the exterior color of the
residence shall be natural dark earth tones, such as hues of brown, green and shades of gray.
The exterior colors used must comply with the County's light reflectivity standards.
