Rinconada Park Trail reconstruction and authorizing staff to

Program. (6-24)
a. Adopt resolution authorizing the Town Manager to execute
an Amendment to the Agreement with Cartegraph Systems,
Incorporated to provide additional software and services and
to extend the agreement for another year in connection with
the Town Wide Infrastructure Asset Management Services.

b. Authorize a budget in the amount of $18,507.50 for street
light and traffic signal software modules to include labor
and installation.
7. Adopt ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2092 relating to the
development of the existing commercial portion of the site and
amending the Zoning Map from R-1:8:PD to RM:5-12 PD for the
property located at 15350 Winchester Boulevard.
