SUBJECT: ADOPT RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO SIGN
THE REVISED FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT PROVIDING FOR
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SANTA CLARA VALLEY URBAN RUNOFF
POLLUTION PREVENTION PROGRAM (SCVURPPP)
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt resolution (Attachment 1) authorizing the Town Manager to sign the revised First Amendment
to the agreement (Exhibit A) providing for implementation of the Santa Clara Valley Urban Runoff
Pollution Prevention Program (SCVURPP).
DISCUSSION:
The following agencies have approved the revised first amendment:
Santa Clara Valley Water District, County of Santa Clara, City of San Jose, City of Cupertino, City
of Campbell, City of Monte Sereno, City of Saratoga and City of Milpitas. The City of Palo Alto
will also be considering the amendment tonight and the City of Los Altos will be considering it
tomorrow night. We are still waiting to hear on the other cities.
