TO ADD THE NAME OF "CREEKSIDE VILLAGE DRIVE" TO THE TOWN'S OFFICIAL STREET NAMING LIST. RECOMMENDATION: Approve request to add the name "Creekside Village Drive" to the Town's official
street naming list. DISCUSSION: Council Resolution 1982-175 allows for adding names to the Town's official list of street names if the proposed name has historical or significant reference
to the Town. The Clerk's Office has received a letter from Mike Perkins, associated with Barry Swenson Builders, requesting the use of the name "Creekside Village Drive" for their new
development which was formerly known as Los Gatos Mobile Home Park-484 Woodland Avenue. Mr. Perkins has chosen the name because he that the property rests along the Los
Gatos Creek and several of the units look over the natural amenity. He also states that the name ""Village" was included because it would create a greater sense of community for the

Re: Creating new street name for Los Gatos Mobile Home Park -currently 484 Woodland Ave., Los Gatos, CA To Whom It May Concern: Please find the enclosed application and $50.00 to create
a new streetname for theLos Gatos Mobile Home Park, currently identified as 484 Woodland Ave. We are in the process of renovating the Park, and in so doing have removed all of the mobilehomes
and are reconstructing the site, including the underground infrastructure, roads and homes. There is presently no street name assigned to the site, merely identified as 484 Woodland
Ave. with 71 spaces. We would like to create a single street name that will loop through the project, and name it Creekside Village Drive. Ultimately we will need to create addresses
for 70 homes and a clubhouse. ) We have selected the name Creekside Village Drive for several reasons. First, the property rests along the Los Gatos Creek and several of the units look
over the natural amenity. Second, the name Village was included because we would like to create a greater sense of community for the residents, which will include single-family homes
with a pool, spa and clubhouse. Lastly, we have researched the name and the name does not appear to be used in and around the Town of Los Gatos. Thank you in advance for any efforts
to expedite the approval process to create the new street name. We understand the name will have to be voted on by the City Council for approval and we would like to schedule that as
quickly as possible. If you have any initial objections to the name, please let us know as soon as possible so we can come up with alternatives to present to the City Council. Please
