BRIDGE ADA IMPROVEMENTS ADOPT RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE ROSS CREEK ADA IMPROVEMENTS AND AUTHORIZING STAFF TO ADVERTISE THE PROJECT FOR BIDS RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Resolution approvingplans and specifications for the Ross Creek BridgeADAImprovements. BACKGROUND: The adopted Capital Improvement Program designates funding for the Ross Creek
Bridge ADA Improvements and is consistent with the Town's goals to improve public safety. DISCUSSION: This project funds the construction ofADAramps at this bridge and repairs to the
bridge deck surface to make it ADA usable. The Ross Creek Bridge ADA Improvements is expected to start in June and be completed.by August, 2004. Plans and Specifications for Project
No. 04-08 are complete and are available for review at the Town Clerk's Office. CONCLUSION: It is recommended that the Council adopt the attached Resolution approving plans'and specifications
for the Ross Creek ADA Improvements and authorize staff to advertise the project for bids. If the Council acts as recommended, the project will be advertised and a construction contract
