amending the Town Code to modify the conditional use permit table to allow parking facilities on property zoned R-1 (Single Family Residential) under limited land use conditions. It
has been determined that this project could not have a significant impact on the environment, therefore, the project is not subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (Section
