RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt a resolution approving the Hillside Development Standards & Guidelines (two alternative
resolutions have been provided).
DISCUSSION:
Due to the lateness of the meeting, this item was continued from January 20, 2004 to this agenda.
Please refer to the staff report and attachments prepared for the January 20, 2004 meeting.
