BLOSSOM HILL #11/ANNEXATION/PUBLIC HEARING
Consider a reorganization of an area designated as "Blossom Hill Manor #11"
consisting of the annexation to the Town of Los Gatos of approximately 8.71 acres
of developed property generally bounded by Lilac Lane and Oleander Avenue and the
detachment of the same territory from Area #1, Santa Clara County Library Service
Area.

HICKS ROAD 17101/RESIDENTIAL/APPEAL
Consider an appeal of the decision of the Planning Commission approving 13 new
single family residences on property zoned HR-5:PD. Architecture and Site
Applications S-02-088 through S-02-100. APN 537-18-001, 567-23-041,
567-24-008. Property Location: 17101 Hicks Road. Property Owner: The Dagney
Group, LLC. Applicant: Greenbn'ar Homes Communities, Inc. Appellants:
Greenbriar Homes Communities, Inc. and Mike Ajlouny.
