The following hearings are currently scheduled for the noted Council meetings:

KENNEDY ROAD 15220/SOLAR PANELS/RESIDENTIAL APPEAL
Consider an appeal of the decision of the Planning Commission to approve a grading
permit for landscaping improvements and to install solar panels on property zoned
HR-2 1/2. No significant environmental impacts have been identified as a result of
this project and a Mitigated Negative Declaration was approved. APN 537-15-004.

BLOSSOM HILL #11/ANNEXATION/PUBLIC HEARING
Consider a reorganization of an area designated as "Blossom Hill Manor 411'
consisting of the annexation to the Town of Los Gatos of approximately 8.71 acres
of developed property generally bounded by Lilac Lane and Oleander Avenue and the
detachment of the same territory from Area 91, Santa Clara County Library Service
Area.
