The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a special meeting in-person to hold a
Council Retreat and provided the public an opportunity to participate either in public or via
Teleconference on Saturday, September 17, 2022, at 10:30 a.m.
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 10:30 A.M.

Present: Mayor Rob Rennie, Vice Mayor Maria Ristow, Council Member Mary Badame, Council
Member Matthew Hudes, Council Member Marico Sayoc.
Absent: None

- Council Values, Principles, and Norms
- Public Communications and Community Engagement
VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS FOR ITEMS ON THE AGENDA

- Commented on transparency and would like more information on the individual reason
each Council Members vote on an item.
Council discussed the next steps.
