FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR SPECIAL SERVICES THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into this 17th day of May, 2022, by and
between the Town of Los Gatos, State of California, herein called the “Town,” and Liebert Cassidy
Whitmore, a Professional Corporation (“Attorney”), herein called the “Attorney.”
RECITALS
Town and Attorney entered into a Special Services Agreement from February 1, 2020, through
February 1, 2022 (“Agreement”) (see Attachment 3).
AMENDMENT
1. The Town desires to extend the Agreement from February 2, 2022, through June 30, 2024.
2. Total compensation by the Town for the Attorney’s services shall increase by an additional $15,000,
not to exceed $180,000.
3. Compensation is based on an updated rate schedule (see Attachment 2).
4. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement dated February 1, 2020, remain in full force and
effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Town and Consultant have executed the Second Amendment to Agreement
as of the date indicated above.
