MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
JULY 1, 2018 – JUNE 30, 2021
The parties agree to the following equity adjustments:
1. Communications Dispatcher Lead: Effective in the pay period that includes July 1, 2021, the
Town will provide an equity increase of 2.11%.
2. Communications Dispatcher: Effective in the pay period that includes July 1, 2021, the Town will
provide an equity increase of 5.42%
