FOUNDATION PROPOSALS
Focused on primary use of the upper deck
Original proposal in 2012
Artists’ proposals in 2014
Also includes use of lawn and flag poles
Original proposal in 2012
Preferred option in 2014 (dual pathways)
Artistic variations
Preferred trellises or symbolic tree
Various statuary (eagle, single or multiple figures)
Up to 20-foot tall symbolic flame

Requires Arts & Culture Commission Review
Subcommittee provides recommendation
